Not only have we been focusing on building up our membership and sponsors here in the US but, we have also been hard at work building up our international program as well.
We would like to welcome the newest member of MECA International, MECA Africa has now officially joined the organization.
The MECA team in Africa has been busy with a full schedule of events getting ready to hit the MECA calendar in the coming weeks. We have been going over the SPL rulebooks via zoom for the last week or so and things are going well. The MECA Africa team has planned a 3-city launch, which will begin over the Easter holiday, April 15-18, at the Greyville Racecourse in Durban! The excitement is building, and the team is headed towards a strong season! We’re super excited for this venture as the Africa team are energetic and ready with Sugen and Poomesh leading the charge. We are expecting nothing but big things to come from this for MECA. We are ready to start taking in new members to add to the international scoreboards. We are pleased to take MECA to next level in Africa and can’t wait for the season to really get popping for all of our members. Buckle up the ride has just begun!
We are excited about this new venture and are looking forward to the continued expansion of our organization and league both here in the states and abroad. We want to welcome all the new South African MECAHEAD’S who will be joining us soon, welcome to the MECA family!
